SAFETY TRAINING

Regular training is important to keep safety a priority. There is mandatory training for those starting work on a vessel but we strongly recommend additional training to keep it at the front of your mind.  There are training events and courses available to those working in the commercial fishing industry across the UK. Many of them offer funding to cover the costs of attending.

For more information on fishing industry training, email training@seafish.co.uk or get in touch with your local training provider. Details of training providers can be found via Seafish.
